Responsibilities:
Reporting into the Marketing and Operations Manager, you'll collaborate closely to craft and execute innovative marketing strategies and campaigns that align with Equilibrium Security's cutting-edge objectives.
- You'll immerse yourself in persuasive copywriting, creating captivating content for various marketing materials, including websites, blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis, you'll uncover trends, opportunities, and customer preferences to shape our impactful marketing initiatives.
- Take ownership of our social media presence, engaging with followers, posting relevant content, and monitoring online conversations that propel our brand forward.
- Help coordinate and execute marketing events and activities such as podcasts and exhibitions, creating experiences that leave a lasting impression.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels, amplifying our voice and expanding our reach.
- Utilise analytics tools to monitor and report on the performance of our marketing campaigns, empowering data-driven decisions.
- Desirably, you will have experience in creating conversion-winning Google Ads that drive brand awareness and attract new customers.
Requirements:
2+ years of marketing experience, ideally within a B2B or technology-focused environment, demonstrating your ability to thrive in a dynamic industry.
Strong copywriting skills to captivate and persuade our audience, leaving a lasting impact with your compelling content.
Hold a bachelor's degree with a minimum of a 2.1 (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Business, English or a related field, showcasing your dedication to professional growth.
Superb communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in various marketing tools and platforms, including content management systems, email marketing software, website management, social media management tools, analytics platforms, and Google Ads.
Embrace a creative mindset, pushing boundaries and thinking outside the box to propose innovative marketing ideas that set us apart.
Outstanding organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail, managing multiple projects without compromising quality.
Demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously, while fostering a collaborative spirit that ensures seamless teamwork and collective success.
Display a genuine passion for Cyber Security, coupled with a strong desire to continuously learn and grow within the industry.
Salary:
We value your expertise and commitment. The salary for this role ranges from £25,000 to £30,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
