FARM SHOP CASHIER - SATURDAYS Bracknell, England
Job description
Be part of a passionate family run business and join our small retail team in the farm shop and butchers. Based in a stunning countryside location overlooking the Thames Valley.
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate foodie person who will be welcoming customers and helping them make choices, so you must be outgoing with first class customer service skills.
You will be:
- working the till point and answering the phone
- keeping shelves fully stocked, stock rotated and well presented. So a keen eye for detail needed
- stock ordering
- checking deliveries in and dealing with discrepancies
- handling/serving meat and deli products
- keeping shop clean, washed and tidy
- flexible and happy to help where needed
- reliable and committed team player who is able to use your own initiative
It is working a 5 day week, Tuesday to Saturday 8am to 4.30pm.
Job share may be considered.
Must have previous experience in a customer service role involving food along with a passion for high quality food and drink.
We are in lovely rural position between Ascot and Maidenhead, so a car owner and driver is essential.
