Who you are:
As CRM Marketing Associate, you will have experience of impacting & contributing to increased customer engagement in outbound CRM campaigns (Email, SMS), app CRM (Push, In App Message) and app content (Articles).
What will you do:
The CRM Media team sits within Klarna’s in-house agency for Klarna merchant partners and rolls into the Klarna Media domain. Klarna Media is aiming to scale CRM through marketing automation and dynamic content, and is driven to inspire users to engage with merchant communications and content. Ultimately, Klarna will connect customers with the most relevant brands and products, and brands and products with the most relevant customers.
Responsibilities:
- Support co-marketing strategies globally with CRM campaign execution.
- Own assigned weekly CRM tasks from brief to execution and reporting.
- Optimize campaigns by planning, executing and reporting on tests (Segmentation, A/B testing etc.)
- Plan and execute CRM campaigns in the marketing automation tool, Braze (Email, push, IAM, SMS, etc.)
- Publish campaign content through content management system, WordPress (In-app articles).
- Summarize post-campaign reports (Analysis on results, tests, etc.)Coordinate with other CRM specialists to share learnings, collaborate, etc.
- Create briefs for external agencies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of Digital Marketing working experience.
- Experience working with email marketing, consumer journeys and outbound marketing campaigns preferred.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation/CRM tools: Braze, SFMC/ExactTarget, Adobe/Marketo, CheetahMail, Dotdigital, Selligent, Hubspot, etc) and CMS (adobe, Wordpress, Hubspot, etc.) preferred.
- Experience of A/B testing and other analytical tools to ensure customer understanding and campaign results.
- A metrics driven approach and an understanding of CRM analytics, customer segmentation, etc. Data-driven approach; ability to connect work to the larger business context.
- Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.
