We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Family Hub Support Worker to join our team. Could this be the right opportunity for you?
This is a role where you can make a difference to our Children and Families in Southampton. In Southampton we are working hard to build something special with in our Family Hub service, we would love for you to come and join us.
As a family Hub Support Worker yo will have the opportunity to ensure all families gain a warm welcome when they attend sessions in the centre. You will support families to access 2-year funding, attend sessions in the centres and link with community organisations. You will be involved in the development of the Family Hub offer, ensuring that all families can gain the information they need to gain the best outcomes for their families.

- This post requires an Enhanced DBS check.
- For any posts that require a DBS check, if you have lived outside the UK within the last 5 years, you will be required to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct or a police certificate from the country/countries you have resided in. Kindly note that this is at the expense of the candidate, as well as any costs involved for translating into English.
- Please note the salary quoted is based on full time hours (37 hours).
