As a Product Owner, you'll play a vital role in defining and owning the product strategy and roadmap, with the goal to make an impact across the federal government.

What you'll do:
- align the customer/clients' vision with market fit, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality digital solutions.
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Testers, Developers, and End Clients to define and prioritize the product requirements and roadmap.
- Translate customer needs, government policies, regulations, and compliance requirements into actionable product features and decisions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation that highlights features and functionality, ensuring alignment with customer needs and product vision.
- Facilitate difficult discussions around vision, direction, and product success while ensuring effective cross-functional team collaboration.
- Represent the team by soliciting feedback on products and services, building strong relationships with diverse set of internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Minimum of 8 years of work experience, including 3+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Product Marketing Manager in the government sector (preferred).
- Demonstrated success in defining and launching digital or web-based products.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., CSPO - Certified Scrum Product Owner).
- A Bachelor's degree.
