Job description
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Outlook).
- Relevant HR Administration/Assistant experience (including systems/database administration).
- Minimum B2 ability in written and verbal English.
Key job responsibilities
- Provide Associate support on HR related topics, ensuring an engaging workplace environment.
- Split time between the HR Hub onsite in the station, and walking the floor to engage with associates
- Dealing with day-to-day queries (e.g. pay, attendance, policy guidance).
- Managing time and attendance system.
- Collect and input data, provide metrics through reports to the HR and Operations leaders
- People related administration and coordination tasks (e.g. new starter processes, expenses queries).
- Ensuring compliance with company process, data protection requirements and best practice with regard to maintenance of HR systems and records.
- Supporting HR and management on a wide variety of people related topics and projects including support for engagement activity.
As a HR Associate Partner/ HR Assistant you will support in one of our first mile fulfilment centers, middle mile sortation centers or final mile delivery stations. Our HR Associate Partners/Assistants are the first point of contact for our operation associates, when it comes to all things HR related.

- Knowledge of basic employment law and HR / Payroll practices would be advantageous.
- Completed or Working towards a CIPD qualification.
- Relevant experience handling a wide range of data, including sensitive and personal information.
