Job description

We are hiring for Facilities Manager - Life Safety / Laboratory -Assurance -Building safety

Location : Hybrid & 3-4 days in Weybridge office

• Should have experience working in a high risk environment as a safety professional and with life safety systems.
• Should have experience using complex IT systems to manage both people and properties / facilities, including Contracto r/ supplier digital platforms
• Ability to Manage full lifecycle of life safety systems, including maintenance and delivering or supporting projects for life safety systems including their specification, installation and commissioning
• Highly preferred Certified Safety Professional
• Oversee all maintenance activities, including but not limited to: property maintenance, property repairs, property upkeep, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, landscaping, carpentry and more.
• Manage contract vendors and contractors.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: £550.00-£600.00 per day

Experience:

• HVAC / Facilities Management / Life Safety: 4 years (preferred)
• HVAC / Facilities / Life Safety Maintenance: 4 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Do you have Active CTC OR SC Clearance ? (preferred)
