Bedford Escape Rooms ia an exciting interactive escape room centre where teams of players work together to solve a series of puzzles to try and escape from the room. We are looking for a customer focused confident & friendly individual to join our team who can help us in upholding our 5 star customer experience. Due to the nature of the role problem solving skills & the ability to perform under tight deadlines is essential.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming customers into the business in a professional and friendly manner
- Briefing customers before they enter the Escape Room, creating a sense of excitement and suspense whilst ensuring they take note of all the required safety information
- Acting as Games Master providing clues and assistance to customers whilst in the Escape Room by using designated computer software
- Serving drinks/snacks to customers and taking payments using a card reader
- Housekeeping tasks around the business
- Resetting the Escape Rooms after use including sanitising and setting up of puzzles
Qualifications:
- A Level or equivalent qualification required
- Experience in a customer service role or similar preferred

Please note this role will involve working Wednesday - Sunday on a 0 hour contract, you have the flexibility to tell us your available hours each week and we let you know what is available to work, for those looking for more there is always more to do :)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
