The role:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our ever growing team as a part-time receptionist. Join us as a member of our reception and guest relations team and work alongside a dedicated, friendly team and be at the heart of the action – greeting, serving and looking after customers and guests to make sure they go home happy and raring to return.
All we ask is that you must be an excellent team player, be warm, friendly, welcoming and engaging with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
You will be taught our PMS systems for bookings and duties will include:
- Welcoming and assisting guests arriving at the hotel, providing an unforgettable first and last impression
- Carrying out general hotel duties
- Assisting hotel guests with all of their needs including providing local information
- Being responsible for rooms service requests and deliveries

Working Hours:
Working hours will be 3 or 4 days out of 7. Shifts include 7am-3pm or 3-11pm. There may be the occasional requirement to work 8am-8pm if agreed.
