POST: Human Resources Administrator
LOCATION: Keighley
GRADE: 3; Salary: £25,200
WEEKLY HOURS: Full time, 35 hours per week
Purpose of the Job:
- To provide effective administration in support of a comprehensive day-to-day Human Resources service.
Main Duties
· To help maintain a modern compliant people policy framework that embeds the organisations values.
· To support with delivery of the employee life cycle from recruitment to exit and maintain our people processes.
· Organisation and upkeep of employee information both on People HR software and paper files.
· To support the Head of People in delivering the employee wellbeing strategy
· Organising, attending and minuting relevant meetings.
· Supporting with health and safety records, implementing safety checks and assistingin the arrangement of premises maintenance.
· Keep accurate and confidential records.
· Support the team as and when required with employment-related enquiries.
