Independent award winning restaurant in the heart of Frodsham, passionate about quality ingredients, seasonal produce, sustainability, eclectic bar offering, tasting menus and food + wine pairing.
Our waiting staff provide customers with exceptional service in a relaxed environment and a wealth of knowledge behind each dish served. We have one position open for an experienced hospitality professional in our waiting team.
This job role will cover all areas of front of house and provide a range of jobs from back of house, on the floor and behind the bar to provide our ideal candidate with a wide range of experience across the whole offering.
Bar experience is preferred but not necessary.
Team working, positive attitude and high attention to detail is essential. We are looking for individuals with a genuine passion for quality food and drink.
Lots of opportunity to gain formal training and qualifications in customer service, wines and spirits, to develop skills within the hospitality industry further and for positions with more hours as well as career progression.

Our ideal candidate must have strong availability on our days opens for lunch and dinner across 3 or more days a week, there is opportunity to increase hours within the future once training is completed.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week
Pay: £9.50-£10.50 per hour
