As a Receivables Product Delivery - Executive Director in Commercial Banking Solutions, you will be responsible for managing the payments business end to end. This will include P&L management, creating and executing the strategy for the business, partnering with various constituencies, driving new revenues and sales growth, managing risk and regulatory matters and managing a staff located in disperse geographic locations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Defining and managing the CB product strategy and delivery, across strategic business segments for Wholesale Lockbox product
- Representing CB client interests as a product liaison with the Corporate and Investment Banking organizations to develop future-state product roadmaps
- Segmenting the portfolio and analyzing product usage / trends across the CB client base to identify areas of opportunity and vulnerability
- Coordinating and prioritizing product input on CB investment process via input from Clients, Product Solutions Specialists, TMOs, and Bankers
- Refining and re-engineering end-to-end process for product delivery, and implementing change with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Assisting in managing broader CB Solutions product strategy to support requirements across industries and client segments
- Reviewing the end-to-end product implementation process and identifying and executing areas of improvement
- Developing close relationships and alignment with Product Management counterparts in Corporate and Investment Banking
- Partnering with the Change Readiness team to manage the impact and readiness of value proposition enhancements and product changes to CB clients, TS Sales, Bankers, Service and Implementation
- Partnering with CB revenue management to determine pricing strategy and governance
- Collaborating with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, KYC, and Finance as needed while supporting all control initiatives
- Leveraging expert knowledge of technologies and solutions to drive a receivables approach that marries the firm’s payment products
- Developing content that supports the value proposition for delivery through training, marketing, communications, process & procedures and standardized proposal content
- Partnering to develop content that highlights receivables value proposition
- Facilitating execution of internal collateral, marketing material, and communications to support cross-functional teams in product delivery
- Helping quantify the value we can deliver through operational processes and working capital improvement
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant banking experience with experience in Receivables; strong preference for additional experience traditional treasury management payment products
- Demonstrated leadership experience with multiple cross-functional teams including Product, Operations, Service, Sales, Marketing and across management levels on simultaneous project
- Strategic thinker that combines structured approach, strong analytical skills and creative problem solving - turning analysis into actionable insights and plans
- Entrepreneurial and a self-starter, with ability to deliver results within condensed timeframes
- Strong project management skills; well-organized, ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong written + verbal communication, leadership, and diplomacy skills to work cross-organizationally to influence others, drive results/change and implement projects/processes on simultaneous projects
- Thrives in a dynamic and fast paced environment, and able to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with different delivery dates
- Ability to translate product vision into phased design requirements followed by execution of a go to market product launch
- Sales enablement experience with bringing new product capabilities to market and supporting sales education
- Segmenting, tracking and analyzing client product usage, profitability, risk profiles and pipeline development
- Advanced Excel and Access skill required
