Role Overview

Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has opened within our Finance Team. We are seeking a self-motivated, dynamic, professional team member who is keen to expand their experience and skills within Finance.

As a Finance Assistant at Project one, duties will include:

  • Matching, coding and entering purchase invoices
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Processing expenses
  • Managing customer accounts
  • Payroll – Setting up new starters and leavers
  • Handling and resolving any queries where appropriate
  • Assisting the finance team and management with other ad hoc duties as needed

Key Skills/Experience Required

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, positive and enjoy working as part of a team. Also be able to work to strict deadlines and should demonstrate excellent communication skills along with a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
