We are currently recruiting for Drivers Mate for a major high street retailer based in Hill Barton Business Park - opposite Crealy.
There are early and late shifts available across 6 days.
Early Shift: Monday - Saturday 6:00am - 17:00pm
Late Shift: Monday - Friday 10:30am - 21:30pm and on a Saturday 7:00am - 17:00pm
Pay rate - £10.30
Day to Day Duties
The duties as a Drivers Mate includes the following:
Working as part of a 2 man delivery crew, delivering white goods and home furniture to customers homes.
Whilst on route to customers home you will be calling ahead to confirm delivery details.
Once in the customers home you will be assisting the driver to unpackage and place product in to position.

Essential Skills

You will need great communication skills as being a Drivers Mate you will need to interact with customers both on the phone and face to face.
Due to the nature of the products you will be lifting you will need to be physically fit.

Desirable Experience

Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage but not essential.

What training is provided?

Full training provided & an onsite paid induction
