Job Title: Sales Executive - New & Used Cars
Location: Leicester LE2 7SL
Salary: Up to £20,000 base salary and uncapped bonus – OTE Up to 50K + company car + benefits
Full Time and Permanent
Monday to Saturday 8.30am-6.00pm and Sunday 10.00am-4.00pm
Sales Executives will work every Saturday and alternate Sundays
So 1 week you will work 5 days (including Saturday) and the next week you will work 6 days (including Saturday and Sunday)
Our client has a turnover of approximately 250 million and employs over 700 members of staff across 12 dealerships and 1 dedicated service centre.
Due to continued success, they are now seeking a Sales Executive to join our client's sales team at their Leicester Dealership.
Our client offers a superb opportunity to the right person who is able to demonstrate a successful and stable track record (ideally within the automotive industry although not necessary as full training will be provided).
Role and Responsibilities:
- To provide the highest levels of customer service by providing a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive and efficient service projecting the quality image of the brand and the Company
- To ensure all customer expectations and requirements are exceeded throughout the sales experience
- To achieve personal car sales targets, profit targets and activity levels as required for the role
The ideal candidate will:
- Take pride in their ability to maximize sales and profit opportunities whilst simultaneously delivering exceptional levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Be focused on achieving goals; you will possess excellent interpersonal skills and will be recognized as being a self-motivated team player and target achiever.
- Hold a minimum of 12 months, a successful track record in a customer-facing, target-driven sales environment.
- Hold a valid UK driving license.
The successful applicant will be highly motivated, efficient and organized. You must be used to working in a competitive and process-driven sales environment and possess excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
