We have an exciting opportunity that has arisen for an Executive Assistant to join and support our Managing Director Nick Caller here at Holman UK. You’ll need to come into our Head Office in Chippenham at least 3 days a please bear this in mind when applying. This is a permanent opportunity and we are looking to pay between £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director will play a critical role in ensuring the success of the Managing Director and the organization as a whole.
- Manage the MD’s calendar, ensuring that all appointments and meetings are scheduled and organized efficiently.
- As required, handle incoming communications and correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, and prioritize them accordingly.
- Prepare and coordinate all materials needed for meetings and presentations, including agendas, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with travel arrangements and logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Coordinate and manage projects and events, as assigned and in liaison with the MD.
- Monitor and manage MD expenses, ensuring that all expenses are accounted for accurately.
- Collaborate closely with other members of the executive team, as well as external partners as required from time to time.
- Represent the MD across the business and externally with the utmost professionalism
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
We are looking for candidates who ideally have 5-10 years’ experience as an EA. You will be well versed in diary management and have the ability to multitask multiple different tasks. Culture fit is very important to us here at Holman so very important you are able to resonate with our values.
