We have an exciting opportunity for someone with a real passion for continuous improvement to join our thriving and innovative Strategic Change team. In this role you will be contributing to and supporting the delivery of strategic change projects through service and process design.
You will be curious and have a strong desire to listen and understand the needs of those we are working with, enabling how we can best work together to achieve shared goals. Through analysis and research of business services, processes, and key metrics, you will assist and support in the evaluation of findings uncovering areas for improvement and contributing to wider decision making. Your creative mindset will enable you to appreciate someone else’s perspective and support our stakeholders work through opportunities to improve a wide variety of operations across the organisation.
Highly motivated and enthusiastic, you will work alongside our team of experienced Business Analysts and in close collaboration with colleagues across the broader Change team and Stakeholders, developing an understanding of how our organisation works.
