Job description
As the successful Trainee Recruitment Consultant your duties will include:
- Building relationships with clients in order to encourage repeat business
- Liaising with candidates in order to understand their needs and match them to the suitable role
- Understanding client requirements in order to place the perfect candidate within that business
- Conducting new business calls and following up with email in order to maximise company profit
- Working towards various KPIs set out by the Team Leader
- Confidence and eagerness to progress
- Clear and confident communication skills
- A desire to achieve various targets
- Previous sales experience (advantageous)
