Job description

Role Summary:

  • Planning appointments, meetings and events, with all aspects of the business
  • Minuting meetings and actions
  • Act as the point of contact between MD and Managers for company projects and managing the deadlines
  • Create regular reports and update internal databases
  • Candidates should be digitally aware as they will be required to provided admin support for marketing campaigns
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Manage phone calls and emails
  • Some Uk and European Travel

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage diaries of the MD, ensuring internal and external meetings are accurately minuted and actions adhered to by all parties
  • Ability to take instructions of MD, running daily tasks of MD
  • Act as the point of contact between MD and Managers for company projects
  • Manage deadlines and liaise with Managers on company projects
  • Lead control of filtering emails and highlight urgent correspondence
  • Create regular reports and update internal databases
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Manage phone calls and emails
  • Some Uk and European Travel

Abilities:

  • Expert knowledge of MS Office particularly excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Able to manage your time affectively
  • To actively participate as a member of the EHB team

Job Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of project management

Salary: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
