Job description
To assist the hotel owner in their day to day business and personal responsibilities being based from the Mandrake, their home address and working remotely from your own address. This role requires flexibility in working hours which will include occasional evenings and weekends.
1. To be flexible in where they will work from.
2. Working hours 9.00- 5.30pm daily. The following provides an approximate outline which can vary week on week as per requirements from the owner
a. Monday usually from your home
b. Tuesday flexible as per Owner's request - to include time spent at the hotel.
c. Wednesday flexible as per Owner's request - to include time spent at the hotel.
d. Thursday flexible as per Owner's request - to include time spent at the hotel.
e. Friday usually from your home
3. To carryout errands during the week when requested to do so.
4. To support the owner in their personal household requirements e.g. fire, burglar checks and orders for home either food or items.
5. Communicate with the above suppliers via email/telephone on a regular basis
6. Booking tickets, hotels and other arrangements for holidays for the owner and family.
7. To book restaurants, theatres etc on request
8. To supervise the owner's properties that their managing agent manages and communicating with the managing agent.
9. To carry out any Administration on new project(s) when required.
10. To assist the owner when needed with hotel related tasks
11. When requested to perform light duties during the evenings to assist with the hotel operations.
12. To be available during your working hours on your mobile
