Job description
To primarily provide graphic illustration support to bid activities and projects, communications, marketing and functional campaigns for businesses throughout Thales in the UK. This is a networked role that requires the ability to work under pressure in order to meet strict deadlines and provide cost effective support across a range of disciplines and domains.
Experience
Preferably qualified at degree level with a proven skill set in producing and developing creative content or with at least two years’ experience in a similar role.
Skills and Responsibilities
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, in particular In-Design, Illustrator, Photoshop
- Proficiency in PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Premier Pro and After Effects an advantage
- Creative and imaginative with an understanding of modern design principles and practices
- Understanding how to develop a brief from concept to final design
- Able to work within the confines of strict Brand Standards and the ability to apply these correctly to internal and external facing campaigns
- Able to communicate and influence a range of customers including senior management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Strong time management prioritisation skills with the ability to collaborate and meet deadlines
- Strong written English language skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Adherence to security requirements.
- Configuration control of all tasks.
Other Responsibilities
Willingness to support additional tasks when necessary which may include but not limited to:
- Printing and finishing
- Filming and photography
- Flexibility to work additional hours when needed to meet deadlines
- Travel to other Thales sites or locations
