  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills including written English and grammar skills.
  • Confident and proactive, able to work using own judgment and initiative to make decisions on behalf of the Team Operations Manager, and Team Directors.
  • Confident in financial administration and following standard project financial administration.
  • Demonstrable experience in project coordination, ensuring schedules, budgets, and details of a given task are well organised.
  • Experience in event organisation, booking travel and accommodation.

The following attributes will also be desirable:

  • Knowledge of University of Cambridge administrative processes and finance system.

What you'll receive:

  • 36 days annual leave (inc. bank holidays).
  • Working 36.5 hours per week, flexible/hybrid/part-time working considered.
  • Excellent benefits include a generous pension scheme, discount portal, cycle-to-work scheme, access to the university accommodation service, employee assistance programme, family-friendly policies along with many more.
