Position:
At GUS, we are seeking an Executive Assistant & Project Coordinator to join our Executive office and provide first-hand administrative support to the respective Director(s).
This is a diverse role where no two days will be the same; the ability to think on your feet using your own initiative in an environment that moves fast and changes often is key. The role also encompasses Project Coordination, hence requiring the post holder to work collaboratively with team members and other stakeholders to achieve deliverables in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will be comfortable in working with senior stakeholders across different geographic locations around the world (remotely) and be able to effectively manage and direct business affairs on a day-to-day basis. A top-level summary of the role would include:
- Be detail-oriented and be a solution focused individual, keen on making an impact within private education
- Managing complex calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives
- Coordinate and oversee projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards
- Prepare and edit documents, as required
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and effectiveness in project execution
- Conduct research, gather data and contribute insights to inform strategic decisions
- Maintaining confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions
- Have excellent ability in working with numerical data and translating this into meaningful information via reports, and dashboards
