Job description
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting the executive staff in a fast-paced and challenging environment. The ideal candidate for this position has a background in both office administration and business and has excellent organisational skills. The Executive Assistant is responsible for monitoring and supporting the executive staff's administrative needs, including scheduling meetings, keeping detailed records of expenses, managing travel arrangements, preparing reports and providing support for daily operations. The Executive Assistant can also assist in special projects, such as creating marketing materials or preparing presentations.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a pleasant and professional atmosphere within their office.
- Maintain a professional working relationship with staff and clients.
- Assist senior staff with day-to-day tasks, such as making travel arrangements, scheduling appointments, and ordering supplies.
- Manage a CEO's schedule, including arranging appointments and organizing travel arrangements, including tickets and itineraries.
- Prepare letters, spreadsheets, presentations, and other documents.
- Manage a CEO's email inbox.
- Manage conference calls for the CEO.
- Prepare documents for the company's upcoming negotiations.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
