LEAD Group is a holding group of businesses that provide some of the world's leading brands with independent, impartial and expert support across their digital marketing ecosystem.
Currently LEAD Group has three subsidiary businesses:
- LEAD Consulting, a marketing operations consultancy
- LEAD Talent, a digital recruitment consultancy
- PLUG, a data-driven digital media agency
The team at LEAD Group supports all three group businesses in achieving their goals across a wide range of services.
We require an Executive Assistant to support the LEAD Group management team and contribute to our ongoing success.
Responsibilities
· Manage business administration processes with the Chief Operating Officer
· Prepare meeting materials and write-up meeting notes
· Organise the onboarding and platform set-up process for new employees
· Organise team social events, client entertainment, business travel and charitable endeavours
· Manage business correspondence and filing
· Own business administrative tasks and diary management of the executive team
· Oversee office inventory e.g. software, hardware, supplies
· Monitor team timesheets and send reminders to those who haven’t completed
· Liaise with office suppliers and contractors
· Proof read business documents
· Aid in occasional administrative project support for LEAD Consulting, PLUG and LEAD Talent
About You
· Experience working in an executive assistant/office assistant/administrative assistant role for 3+ years
· MS Office – Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
· Enjoys high levels of organisation and efficiency
· Able to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues
· Can multi-task to manage workload effectively
· Outgoing and personable, able to get on with lots of different people
· Must be able to work independently and collaboratively
· Comfortable working at speed and with accuracy
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
