Resolute Care are looking for enthusiastic people to join our already fantastic teamsacross Long Eaton and Sandiacre. Every one of our homes are now rated "Outstanding" by Ofsted. Resolute Care provides "Outstanding" (Ofsted, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023) residential care for 'Looked After Children' with emotional and behavioural issues. We pride ourselves on being a needs led organisation; established to provide a positive life enhancing opportunity for young people in care with emotional and behavioural difficulties. You will require excellent people skills, be able to develop and maintain good working relationships, good leadership skills and the willingness to undertake additional Qualifications (Level 3 or 4 Diploma) and all training provided. You will be working with young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties. Along with your team and a superb support structure, you will be empowering the young people to regulate and change their behaviour and help them to live their "best life"
The role is required to "sleep in" for which an additional payment is paid.
You will be required to work a rolling rota contract of 10 shifts per calendar month starting each shift at 10:00 am working through 23:00 + Sleeping In at the home followed by 07:00 - 10:30 am (end of shift). We pay £50 for every sleep in completed. The company has a fantastic support structure in place and training is ongoing. We even pay your sleep in allowance with your annual leave!!!
Salaries start at £25857 to £26,664 and will be further increased in April 2023
We also pay enhanced rates for overtime and bank Holidays
