Job description
A real estate development company in London with assets of more than 140 properties in 7 locations.
Responsibilities:
- Run and execute day-to-day activities of a real estate business unit.
- Answer and respond to tenants' inquiries and needs.
- Handle and process tenants' needs and requirements relating to real estate deals.
- Assist and support real estate attorneys in handling litigation cases.
- Prepare drafts, agreements, leases and other related documents.
- Processing tenant's requests with maintenance companies and getting quotes.
- Interact, plan and schedule meetings and conferences between tenants, owners, communities, project developers and contractors.
- Maintain and manage all databases relating to real estate functions and activities.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal laws relating to real estate transactions.
- Document and keep records of all cash-in and cash-out in files
Requirements:
- Good verbal and written English skills applied through all channels of communication
- Computer and software competencies in Microsoft Office applications.
- Multitasking skills
- Knowledge of organising an office’s filing system
- Making follow-up calls.
- Preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and making site visits (if necessary)
- Preparing real estate forms and documents.
- Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems.
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is a must.
- Strong numeracy and organisational skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail
- Other languages are preferable, especially Arabic.
