We are looking for an exam invigilator at our <CENTRE> training centre to join our Casual Worker bank, supporting our Student Experience team deliver professional Computer Based Exams (CBE).
The primary purpose of an exam invigilator is to protect the integrity of the exams and tasks will include:
● Preparing and assisting our Exam Administrators with preparation of the exam room
● Assisting with admitting candidates to the exam room, checking ID and informing students of the appropriate exam regulations.
● Invigilation of exams, ensuring that exam conditions are met and protecting the integrity of the exam.
● Reporting any incidents to the Exam Administrator, including completing
appropriate reports.
It’s not essential to have exam invigilation experience as full training and guidance will be provided.
The work is provided on a casual/adhoc basis and hours will vary. Our operating times are typically between 8.00am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Dates are typically offered at least 1 month in advance.
Successful candidates will be required to complete a DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) Check. There are also some invigilation exams to complete however these are ‘open book’ and full guidance will be given.
