We're currently recruiting a dedicated Events Coordinator to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in The Venues Collection on a part time basis, contracted to 24 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Day to day liaison with the Senior Event Manager(s) (SEMs) and Event Manager (EM) providing administration support and assistance on all assigned tasks
  • Preparing and distributing of event documentation
  • Liaising with customers throughout their booking, inc. dietary requests etc.
  • Working closely with venues and suppliers
  • Liaise and assist with customer requirements and queries pre event, on-day and post event
  • Assisting with management of the KP in-house booking system
  • Coordinate customer request form distribution
  • Keeping table plans up to date
  • To provide office support for the SEMs and EM during the events
  • On day event delivery support
  • Be aware of and compliant with all Compass health and safety policies
  • To perform any other duties as required
Who you are:

  • Good communication skills
  • Experienced in administration

  • Word, Excel, E-mail and Microsoft Office experience and can use database systems with ease.
  • Good use of the English Language and mathematical skills
  • Efficient working method with a keen attention to detail
