Acquisition focussed marketing exec role with an existing mobile gaming startup.
Working 3 days a week from our office in Shoreditch and 2 days WFH
Role and Opportunities:
Include but not limited to…
- Define and execute the marketing acquisition strategy with the Head of Content & Marketing
- Building reports and presenting to senior leadership
- Drive lead generation
- Drive acquisition across all platforms and channels
- Organise, oversee and/or deliver advertising/communication acquisition campaigns (social media, display, email etc.)
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
- Track and analyse marketing metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimise performance and ROI
- Identify and target key audiences, and develop relevant messaging and content to engage and convert them
- Work with the Head of Content & Marketing to develop clear customer segments based on user data, building on existing audience personas and support in creating bespoke propositions to fit our content
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
- Bring our brand, values and culture to all aspects of the role
About You:
- 2+ years of experience in a digital acquisition marketing function as a marketing exec or similar
- You have a flare for analytics and enjoy bringing new ideas to the table
- You're excited by the opportunity to build from scratch, lack of process doesn't phase you - bringing this in is what you do!
- Demonstrated experience in market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm
Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
