The role:
We are looking for a Events Assisstant to provide professional and reliable support for the UK Commercial Team incorporating Shopper Marketing, events, and administrative tasks to support the achievement of Enduras’ ambitious customer objectives.
The role you’d play:
Events:
- Work alongside team members to deliver activations at UK cycling events, including key tasks such as event packing, set up and de-rig, monitoring stock inventory, coordinating competitions, and custom jersey development.
- Prepare event documentation, including staff briefs, risk assessments and kit lists
- To attend events; this will include some travel and work outside of ordinary working hours
- Support with the completion of post event debrief and colligation of results
- Undertake any other relevant duties and projects in line with the responsibilities of the post.
Shopper:
- Support the execution of the UK Shopper Marketing plan in line with the customer and Brand marketing calendar
- Take responsibility for the imagery and video supply process to focus retailers, ensuring content is provided and uploaded on time
- Assist focus retailers by creating displays and delivering store refits that are executed in line with brand standards
- Collate monthly activation results from focus retailers
- To be an active member of the Shopper Marketing community, communicating activation plans, results, best practice, and seek opportunities for working more efficiently and effectively.
What you will bring:
- Hands-on experience of working at events or in a retail environment
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads appropriately
- Highly motivated with a can-do attitude. Willing to roll up your sleeves and undertake physically demanding tasks
- A strong team player with the ability to inspire and motivate those around you
- A creative and pragmatic approach towards problem solving
- MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills, able to work with a diverse team, and have strong collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to understand and anticipate needs to ensure appropriate outcomes
- Full Clean UK License
