CTM are pleased to advertise this exciting opportunity to be part of our incredible traffic management team working at Glastonbury festival. Your role will be to direct traffic in the car parks for the festival, ensuring that arrival/exit for festival goers is as smooth as possible.

Role: Event Traffic Marshal

Event: Glastonbury Festival 2023

Location: Pilton, Somerset

Shift Dates: Various shifts available from 16/06/23 - 26/06/23

Shift Length: 13 hours. Most shift patterns are 4-7 days of work. Day or night shifts available.

Hourly Rate 18-22: £11.68 (£10.42 + £1.26 holiday pay)

Hourly Rate 22 and Over: £12.22 (£10.90 + £11.32 holiday pay)

  • No experience is required for this vacancy, therefore a CV is not required. All training is provided on site.
  • You must be able to make your own way to the event, CTM cannot provide transport.
  • CTM have our own private staff campsite at the festival with toilets, showers, catering and phone charging facilities. Applicants must be able to provide their own equipment if wanting to camp.
  • All shifts include a wristband to be able to access the festival outside of working hours and each shift pattern comes with a day off over the main festival dates to be able to explore the festival.
