How much can you earn?
As a self-employed Partner Agent, you will earn 50% of the sale fee so £100,000 per annum is not only achievable, with uncapped earnings Fine & Country have individuals earning significantly more.
Locations
Fine & Country Cardiff cover the prime areas of Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan with locations including Penarth, Cowbridge, Cyncoed, Barry, Cardiff Bay, Llandaff, Pontcanna, Sully, Dinas Powys, Porthcawl, Llantrisant, Pontyclun, Wenveo and more, so if you are an experienced expert in these locations come and talk to us in privacy about this opportunity.
What you do:
Partner Agents can focus on the four main income producing tasks which are, Prospecting, Listing Properties, Selling Properties and Negotiating offers which is what most exceptional Agents enjoy doing and are good at.

Our role is to take care of the general areas of business that Agents either do not like to do or are not good at doing. We will provide you with all the tools, support and help you need to be a successful estate agent, earn a great income and enjoy a better work/life balance.
