We currently have office based opportunities within our Criminal & Security Check Teams largely but not exclusively dealing with social media research initially in an entry level capacity with plenty of scope and opportunity to develop and progress for the right candidates.
This full time role (Monday- Friday) is based at our bright and modern offices in Central Richmond, Surrey approximately a 7 minute walk from Richmond Train Station - TW9, based in the beautiful area of Richmond Green- Richmond Upon Thames.
Please may we advise that this is not a remote working opportunity but a full time, in-office role, collaborating and working alongside our existing motivated, professional and hardworking teams. Our offices are bright, open plan, modern and very centrally located with easy local transport links. Please may we politely request that you do only apply if you are able to commute, via public transport, within 30minutes in order to minimise daily travel. There is no parking at the office however buses and trains are plentiful and nearby.

The Role:
- Support your existing team members with social media research, data base searches, data entry relating to Criminal Checks and Security Checks and the cross referencing of sourced and provided data, sending emails and responding to emails.
- Database searches and cross checking of sourced and obtained information.
- Updating of our in-house portals, platforms and also Excel spreadsheets in an accurate and timely manner (data entry)
- Assisting with the processing of all levels of Criminal Checks.
- Managing time frames and workload to produce excellent results.
- Working collaboratively within the existing teams.
- Clearly communicating with colleagues and also progressing to telephone communication with candidates and clients.
- Answering the telephone when needed to deal with or transfer client or candidate queries to the appropriate teams.
Skills:
- You must be always professional and discreet and possess a very strong work ethic.
- Be confident around social media and able to research social media as required.
- Have a natural ability to be kind, helpful and collaborative in your approach to work with your colleagues and with clients and their candidates alike.
- You must have excellent English Language skills both written and spoken in order to communicate in a clear, kind and confident manner with clients, candidates and also colleagues - this is both via email and the telephone. Your approach must be professional, polite and helpful at all times.
- Have a very keen eye for detail, be able to spot discrepancies and place that information into context.
- Able to work independently and also within the existing teams -you must be a team player who is willing to work collaboratively.
- Be motivated and hard working in all tasks- have professional and personal energy and enthusiasm.
- Be personally punctual and hard working-you must show up at the agreed times and communicate clearly and professionally- time keeping is fundamental in presenting yourself as a professional individual.

- This role may suit recent graduates or A level school leavers who are seeking entry level roles to start their office career experience or those who have previous office experience within a professional environment and are looking to start a new role.
