Support Worker (Part Time) £10.90 per hour

We have an opportunity available for a support worker to join the team at our Knowsley Floating Support service based Westhead Ave Kirby Merseyside L33 0XN.

Responsibilities:
The Role:

You will be supporting adults on a person centered basis to live independently in their own properties helping them move towards independent accommodation. Tasks will include assisting with personal care, medication, accessing the community & domestic tasks.

Qualifications:
