Job Description


At Reejig, Customer Success is all we think about to help our customers achieve their goals through the successful use and deployment of our product. We are growing our Customer Success team to manage a portfolio of clients to deliver best in class customer experiences and outcomes. With a fast growing customer base globally we know how to achieve results for our clients and want you to come and help deliver this with us. As part of the Reejig Customer Success team you will bring your knowledge and expertise to our clients and show them what’s possible working in conjunction with our pre-sales, sales, implementation and marketing teams.

The Customer Success Manager lies at the heart of every customer to help drive usage, retention and growth. This is a high impact position primarily responsible for developing and building strong partnerships to maximise the impact for our clients investment. The CSM will develop a deep understanding of your customers business and as a result develop unique Customer Success Plans to achieve the desired outcomes. You will look for opportunities to help the customer grow the footprint within their organisation.

This position reports to the Head Customer Success - ANZ

As part of your role in Zero Wasted Potential you will

  • Become a Trusted Advisor, to help drive usage, retention and expansion with Reejig's enterprise, strategic customers.
  • Liaise between the go-to-market and internal Reejig teams to drive successful outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and users across your customers.
  • Develop Customer Success Plans for your customers to report and measure against executed strategies for visibility and decision making.
  • Uncover and drive opportunities across your customers related business units to achieve growth.
  • Develop strategic plans to mitigate churn within your portfolio.
  • Communicate and collaborate cross functionally with pre-sales, sales and implementation to align and address gaps.
  • Drive transparency on current state across the business for your assigned accounts.


Qualifications


To be successful in the role you will have

  • 3-5 years of experience in a related SaaS customer success, professional services, renewal or account management capacity.
  • 3-5 years extensive customer-facing experience managing successful and proven outcomes.
  • Proven customer success professional with strong ability to articulate vision, strategy, and plans.
  • Worked in a matrix environment to drive the achievement of adoption, retention and upsell objectives.
  • The ability to interact and influence outcomes across all levels from individual users to Executive Sponsors.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage customers at scale.
  • SaaS Experience.
  • A team centric mindset, self motivation, a goal oriented approach and be highly collaborative.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, recruitment management systems or vendor management systems at an Enterprise level (this would be ideal)
