- Completing rework instructions and bill of materials for Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) as deemed necessary
- Supporting project engineer team in researching data and setting up new part numbers for new components that require procurement
- Create documents such as procurement specifications, test procedures and build procedures
- Support Material review board (MRB) coordination/completion and associated tasks as directed
- Work with multiple departments as needed to support design updates and/or standardization efforts
- Support project engineers with regards to obtaining data or items (Example: STEP files) that will ultimately support general customer technical enquiries.
- Maintain excellent communication and working relationships within all departments of the organization.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Associates degree with emphasis in technology preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of directly related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience in a directly related field.
- Possess technical engineering aptitude
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (example software includes AutoCAD and Solidworks)
- Ability to work with changing demands in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers
- Professional team player
- Creative thinking and execution
- Knowledge of MS Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
