Job description
We are looking to appoint a highly motivated, efficient and keen individual to provide administrative support to the Health Partnerships team.
You will work closely with the HIC Administrator and Administrative Officer to provide a high level of professional support and customer service.
You will provide an effective first point of contact for visitors to the office and HI One building on behalf of the team, answering proactively to queries via email, telephone and face to face. You will be expected to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication, organisational and IT skills. An ability to work effectively both as part of a team and using your own initiative, is essential, as is appropriate experience of working with office systems and procedures.
