Sharp IT Services has an excellent new career opportunity based remotely as a Project Technical Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
As a Project Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for the delivery of technical projects and to ensure projects carried out by other team members are technically sound and delivered to our agreed standards this includes:
· To help technically manage clients
· Meet with clients and prospective clients to identify solutions that meet their requirements.
· To provide consultancy both onsite or remotely for clients and prospects for all regions within the organisation
· Carry out Quality Control review of documents produced by Technical Consultants to ensure the contents are accurate and technically sound.
· To work closely with the Head of Professional Services and regional Lead Consultants to understand the needs of each region.
Skills and Qualifications
· Solid technical background and experience with exposure to many different environments and platforms giving a broad technical knowledge.
· Excellent communication skills
· Project management skills are desired
· Ability to create proposals/plans for client requirements
· Previous experience in a customer facing role and have built great relationships with clients
· Strong knowledge and technical delivery with:
- Microsoft Cloud services (Microsoft 365 and Azure)
- Firewalls and network switching
- Backup technologies
- Server hardware both design and implementation
