Job description
Working directly for one of the Worlds’ largest tech companies we are looking for multilingual engineers and microsoft specialists with particular experience in Microsoft Defender / ATP .
NB. LANGUAGES – You will need to be fluent in one of the following languages in addition to English :-
GERMAN, ITALIAN.
These roles are fully remote and offered for a period of 18 months.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Assessing customer environments, identify the actions needed for a smooth and efficient onboarding .
- Leading with a security approach based on Microsoft best practices.
- Defining and drive the execution of remediation plans together with the customer’s ITDMs and BDMs
- Lead the enablement of the MS services and delivering governance best practices
- Ensuring all migration prerequisites are satisfied in a timely manner to guarantee a successful velocity migration
- Identifying and recommending Microsoft value add services to remediate technical blockers or avoid future incidents
- Serving as technical advisers and owning the resolution of issues that arise during the onboarding phases.
Core Technical Skills Needed:
- Microsoft Office 365 : possess a in depth knowledge of Office 365 services and architecture including other cloud products
- Technical competency: possess a broad knowledge of IAM / Defender or ATP
- Strong problem-solving ability ranging from conceptualization to implementation
- Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple planforms and systems
