As Dynamon continues to expand we now have a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated eMobility Customer Success Manager to join one of the most promising and fastest growing start-ups in Southampton, to help transform the transport and logistics industry with advanced simulation and predictive analytics software tools.

Dynamon has developed a range of advanced analytics software tools to improve the efficiency of commercial vehicles and support the transition to Electric Vehicles. Software tools include tyre and aerodynamic analytics through to our latest tool ZERO, which is fast becoming the “analytics tool of choice” for fleets wishing to transition to Electric Vehicles.

As the Fleet Electrification Lead you will be responsible for successfully delivering a variety of customer projects as part of the on-boarding journey that customers take prior to full software deployment in to their operations. This role is an exciting blend of project delivery, customer support in using Dynamon products to ensure customer success. Working closely with Dynamon’s commercial and engineering teams, you will be responsible for delivering Dynamon’s ground-breaking products to customers. You will be trained to become an advanced user of Dynamon’s analytics software tools. As a small tech company on an exponential growth trajectory, you must work well within a team and take individual ownership of delivering customer success.
Day to day work will include managing live customer fleet trials using Dynamon products, customer relationship management, on-boarding new customers, providing product user support,, customer data analysis, and capturing product user feedback.
Candidates for this role will demonstrate the following attributes:
- Customer facing account management experience.
- A good understanding of commercial vehicle fleet management.
- A good understanding of how telematics and advanced data products are used within the commercial transport industry.
- A good understanding of Electric Vehicle technology and charging infrastructure.
- The ability to analyse and interpret data to solve problems in the context of Electric Vehicle operations.
- Proof of organisational skills: either through prior experience or higher/further education.
- The ability to articulate complex problems into easy to understand solutions. Confidence and enthusiasm.
- Willingness to work on a broad set of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in fleet management, charging infrastructure, fleet leasing consultancy and/or telematics.
- Project management experience.
- An understanding of the commercial sales process.
- An understanding of the modern transport industry.
