Job description
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing reports and presentations, managing correspondence, and providing general office management. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Organise and maintain executive's calendar and schedule.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for executive.
- Prepare expense reports for executive.
- Provide administrative support to executive.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Organise meetings and conferences.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
