Reporting to the Head of Business Development, we are hiring for a Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales organization. This is an exciting opportunity to lead expansion in markets and seek business opportunities as you secure new opportunities, expanding our presence. You will qualify and follow up on all inbound leads, sales inquiries, and marketing responses; network and build business relationships to secure new opportunities; and develop and deliver product solution presentations identifying areas for upselling.
This role will operate remotely or as a hybrid position depending on where you reside.
Who You Are
You may be a recent graduate looking to launch your career in sales or you may have some exposure to software sales already looking to gain experience in a new industry. Either way you want to join a global sales team at a scaling industry leader offering essential cloud products to every player in Commercial Real Estate. You have an entrepreneurial spirit, and strengths in both prospecting and presenting solutions to buyers. You have the initiative to work independently and the mindset to thrive in a team-focused sales environment.

As Our New Sales Development Representative, You Bring
The experience. 1 year of Sales Development Representative experience and exposure to software sales would be ideal.
The communication skills. You can easily build a positive, professional relationship with stakeholders at any level – listening, understanding, and responding. You have an exceptional ability to understand a client's business needs and provide them with a solution. You have outstanding negotiation skills. Your written abilities are equally strong.
The drive and the detail. You are meticulous and organized, whether it's planning your calls, making presentations, or reviewing and interpreting sales contracts and licensing agreements. You can work proactively on your own or collaboratively as part of a global team. You are self-motivated with a high degree of integrity, honesty, and ethics.
Exposure to a CRM system, ideally Salesforce. Experience with Salesloft would be an asset.
