Helpdesk Administrator
Duties and Responsibilities
- Effective and courteous handling of customer queries and service requests via telephone and email.
- Fast and accurate generation, and closure, of reactive work orders on the site based maintenance management system.
- Generation and closure of scheduled work orders, on a weekly basis.
- Updating in-house systems and external systems
- Monitoring quote requests and chasing engineers/subcontractors for job updates on daily basis
- Managing inbox efficiently on daily basis.
- Constant liaison with engineers and subcontractors via phone/email.
- Place suppliers orders using the CAFM system
- Uploading information to the clients systems as required.
- Updating the clients CAFM system as required in a timely manner
- Liaison with the operations team from engineer to director level.
- Covering other team members annual leave and sickness
- Carry out other general administration duties as required from time to time
- Ensure that the Company is presented in a good light at all times.
- Follow Company administration procedures.
- Carry out any other reasonable instruction from the line manager, their line managers or member of the senior management team
- Attend team briefings as required.
- Co-operate with the company to allow it to fulfil its moral and legal duties and obligations.
Core Hours
Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 17:00pm
