About Fleet Mortgages
Fleet Mortgages is a specialist Buy to Let Mortgage lender based in Fleet, Hampshire. We have experienced rapid growth since our acquisition by Starling Bank in 2021 and therefore looking to further expand our IT department.
The Senior Business Analyst role
As Senior Business Analyst you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of Fleet’s Programme of Change, involved in the analysis of a breadth of projects including systems implementations, regulatory changes, and operational process change.
Some of your day-to-day will include:
- Opportunity for line management as the team grows
- Organising, specifying, and modelling business requirements to ensure outputs are complete and unambiguous
- Capable of analysing business processes on a macro scale and devising strategies for efficiency opportunities
- Serves as a liaison between business and IT teams to deliver requirement elicitation for successful delivery outcomes
- Liaising with 3rd party system providers
To be successful you will need:
- Significant requirement elicitation and GAP analysis experience
- Extensive process mapping experience
- Proven experience working within a Waterfall and Agile environment
- To be pro-active
- Excellent time management
- Strong interpersonal skills across all levels
- Excellent facilitation and documentation skills
- Able to influence stakeholders
- Experience with DPR/Finova or similar lending platform
Experience/Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience in Business Analysis within Financial Services
- Experience working on Lending Business Process Re-Engineering
- Experience working on Lending Originations/Servicing platforms
- Worked within a small to medium sized Lender and understands the challenges this brings
- Business Analysis qualification(s) i.e. BCS/PRINCE2
