THE GIG
A key member of our EMEA Operations team, our Logistics Manager will manage strategic partnerships with our Third-Party Logistics Providers (3PL) who operate our distribution centres in the EMEA region. You will provide inspirational leadership to your team, working with colleagues across the globe to ensure productivity, accuracy and cost targets are met or ideally exceeded. You’ll play a real part in building an agile and best in class logistics network.
This role will involve travel to our DCs in Northamptonshire and Netherlands (monthly).
As our EMEA Logistics Manager you will be responsible for:
- Building, maintaining and enhancing the relationship with appointed 3PLs to build an agile and responsive Logistics infrastructure
- Managing the 3PL performance levels and costs, leading and driving initiatives in productivities
- Coaching, leading and developing the team to create a culture of growth and high performance and continuous improvements.

- Experienced in managing contract logistics with 3PL, ideally in a Retail or consumer facing environment
- Great leadership and relationship management that delivers results through effective teamwork

- You’ll build a highly engaged team – you’ll embed a collaborative culture and ensure the team have direction (short & long term), guidance & support; coaching will be your go-to.
