Electronics tester/assembler
Comtek’s core business is the repair of telecommunications products. We are now recruiting in our Belfast office for employees to support another arm of our business which is the dismantling of redundant telecoms equipment. The main tasks of this role are to unbox the equipment and take it apart so that it can be separated into various components. There will then be some simple testing and storage of working parts which will be repacked and sold on.
The successful candidate will have;
· The ability to perform lifting and stacking of equipment.
· Basic IT skills
· The ability to use simple tools
· The ability to follow set procedures carefully
· Good organisational skills
· A can- do attitude.
It is desirable but not essential for candidates to have;
· Prior experience of receipting of goods
· An interest in technology.
Complete training will be provided.
This is a full time, (40 hours per week) permanent position with the start date being as soon as possible.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £10.42 per hour
