Job description
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll and expenses and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees
- Manage accounts including invoices and bills
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with data entry to update the general ledger
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies
Skills:
- Experience and knowledge of financial services
- Attention to detail and accuracy in performing calculations and reconciliations
- Familiarity with debits, credits, and general ledger reconciliation
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
This position requires a candidate who is experienced, highly organised, and has a strong understanding of finance principles. The Finance Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial records and supporting the overall admin of the organization.
