Assistant Psychologist Post – Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS)
We are looking to recruit a conscientious, friendly and enthusiastic individual to join us in working within the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) in NHS Grampian.
Applicants must have an undergraduate Psychology Honours degree (2:1 or above) and meet the essential requirements of the person specification.

This post focuses on supporting the CAMHS Team, other qualified Clinical Psychologist’s and the wider service with a wide variety of tasks under supervision. Responsibilities will include direct clinical work under supervision, including psychometric assessment; audit and evaluation; update and maintenance of databases and other duties appropriate to the role of an Assistant Psychologist.
Experience of working with children and young people, working in mental health settings, a good understanding of basic psychological theory, and demonstrable research and audit experience is essential.
