Customer Service Advisor – Work from Home
Start date – 23rd February 2022
6 month temp role but could be extended
We are currently recruiting for our Outsourcing Client; this is supporting a well known Building Society with their customer services. This is an exciting role so we’re looking for experienced customer service advisor who can hit the ground running!
What are we looking for?
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT experience
- Attention to detail
- Previous customer service experience
Hours of work –
- Monday to Friday shifts are between 8am and 6pm. Saturday shifts would be 9am to 12pm.
- Full time is 35 hours per week – this is a full time only role, we can’t offer part time at present.
Pay rate –
- £11.81 per hour – paid weekly
- Paid holiday’s once accrued
